Worried?

If you are reading these pages you are probably aged 10 or 11 and you have some kind of test to take.
Maybe it is just a class test, maybe an end of term exam. Maybe the SAT's test

Some people get worried about a test. You think you are going to fail, get into trouble or let somebody down.

This is not unusual. Lots of people worry

What you can do to help
Don't stay up too late and don't get over-tired.
Eat sensible foods.

Be brave and talk to someone.
A teacher. Your Mum or Dad. Any adult you trust and you think will listen

.Ok, you tried that and they didn't listen. Go and try someone else.

Remember, the SAT's themselves are not exams and you should not worry yourself about them.
They are a test to give people an idea of how well your school is teaching you in any particular subject.

You cannot 'pass' or 'fail' a SAT's test.

No exam is worth a lot of worry.
The World is not going to stop if you fail.
..... and you may not do so badly as you think

If you are really worried about a problem at school or at home then phone Childline or some other similar organization
